Still Wondering Why

By MP

I sometimes still wonder why
About a lot of things that will never make sense
Like why do some men get women pregnant
Then when the baby comes
They don’t want to be in its life

Why?
If a person has more than enough money in their pockets
And a homeless person ask for some change
They give them nothin’

Why?
Do people say that they made a mistake
But then they do the same exact thing
They said was a mistake
Again

Why?
Is it some people claim that they doesn’t care
About what people think or feel about the truth
But will always lie to someone about something

Why?
If by law you’re innocent until proven guilty
That you still go to jail until you prove your innocence

I guess that’s just the way things will always be
And will never change
And that will always be a reason
That I will forever keep wondering why!
