Sing
By TG
Teach me Oh Sirens your songs
which lures the sea farers a’long
to attend you in a watery home
never to leave you alone
In prison we feel all alone
this steel island our watery home
hoping someone comes a’long
and shares the melody of our song
Teach me dear eagle your cry
from the winds where you soar so high
and your mate faithfully by your side
above the world the two of you glide
Prison mud we slip and we slide
to not fall we need someone on our side
and a hope to hold our heads high
releasing tears to our sorrowful cry.
