I can help but think of the iconic song “All you need is love” by the Beetles when I read this. Love is perhaps the most incredible driving force that holds us together. In times of pain and in times of happiness, love is all you need.

It seems you have someone in mind as you wrote this poem. A crush? A family member? A best friend? Your husband/wife? No matter the case, remember those fond memories with that person. Whenever you are feeling down or low, think about those memories and make new ones! Memory is a blessing that was given to us. Being able to remember allows us to create bonds with other people. Allowing us to trust and love one another. Memories last a lifetime.
