Rebecca Riley

Rebecca began volunteering with Free Minds as a letter writer in the fall of 2022. She is now the Jail Book Club Coordinator and Co-Facilitator. Rebecca earned a BA in Communications from Cal State University San Marcos, and is an award-winning filmmaker and writer. She also brings years of experience in group facilitation and enjoys creating safe spaces of engagement and community. An avid reader, baker, sports fan, and nature enthusiast, Rebecca sees creative expression and interpersonal investment as key ingredients in the work of creating positive change.
