Emily Daly

Emily is the Digital Literacy Trainer and Special Projects Coordinator at Free Minds Book Club & Writing Workshop, where she works with members recently home from jail or prison to build digital literacy skills and supports a variety of other program areas. Emily graduated from the College of William & Mary in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in Public Policy and in 2021 with a Master’s in Elementary Education. Emily started at Free Minds as an intern in 2018 and returned to host the Letter Writers Circle from 2021-23 before beginning her current role. Emily previously worked as an elementary school teacher and enjoys reading and exploring local parks in her free time.
