Aneka Nelson

Aneka Nelson is the Prison Book Club Manager at Free Minds Book Club & Writing Workshop. She is a lover of memoirs, and her favorite is A Piece of Cake by Cupcake Brown. Aneka is currently working towards a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, as well as a minor in Family and Human Development. As Prison Book Club Manager, Aneka ensures high quality services for members incarcerated in federal prisons across the country. She is motivated by her devotion to preventing teens from experiencing federal prison, and her aspiration is to one day start her own non-profit organization that provides art therapy for at-risk youth.
