    Woodridge Neighborhood Library and Free Minds Book Club & Writing Workshop presents POETRY FOR ALL on Thursday, June 23, 2022, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Join us for an evening of poetry and conversation with Free Minds Poet Ambassadors.   • Community Voices & Visioning: Collaboration After Harm

    How could DC as a community better respond after harm? Join NVRDC and Free Minds on August 23rd at 7PM for a conversation facilitated by Community Mediation DC in the second event in our Community Voices & Visioning series as we explore the impact of restorative justice practices. Participants will explore what trauma, violence, and oppression have done to our community and what steps the community can take as individuals, leaders, and collectively to foster or improve community safety.
