Join Free Minds Book Club & Writing Workshop and the Second Look Project for an evening of poetry and visual art presented by formerly incarcerated artists. Hear spoken word poetry, view art, and read and respond to poetry by incarcerated writers.

A flier for the Poetry and Art as Liberation event taking place at the Kennedy Center on Friday, March 21st 2025, and being hosted by Free Minds and the Second Look Project. A Free Minds member recites poetry to a crowd of engaged onlookers.
