I Rise

I rise to the sky
I rise to education
I rise to my dream
I rise to become a man
I rise to respect
I rise to my highest level
I rise, I rise, I will
Someday rise, Yes I rise

I like the repetition. Like I’ve posted elsewhere, the techniques I see used in these poems evoke powerful emotions. The repetition is strong. I’d like to eventually hear the author read his poem out loud. I’m sure it’d be especially awesome in performance.

Love the repetion and the content. It seems hopeful, hope can strengthen us even in the darkest night. If that hope is built on something that will never let us down.

This poem is so simple, yet so detailed and mind-blowing. I love how you are striving to be the best that you can be and how you have so many dreams. If you keep your mind focused on your goals and dream, you will eventually get to where you want to be. keep up the great writing, and great mindset!

I enjoy the simplicity and repetition because it’s putting it out into the universe over and over, you will rise! It also shows how in America today you need to always keep rising up to keep up, especially when it comes to financials.

Education is a great one to mention because it can distract you and improve your future in many ways! I hope one day you can get back to education and all your other goals! This poem is a great message to anyone currently struggling and hoping to get back!

Your poem expresses a powerful journey of self-empowerment and determination. It captures the idea of striving for personal growth, success, and respect, with a strong commitment to rising above challenges to achieve your dreams. While this poem was short, I felt the emotion. I really liked reading this poem and think you did a great job!
